Consumer rights

Customers residing in the European Union benefit from the statutory consumer protection rights provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, as amended), including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers residing in Portugal may turn to an authorised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. The competent national entity for online consumer disputes is:
