Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal, within 1–3 business days of payment. Every parcel is fully tracked and insured for the full value of the items.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

 

Customs and duties

Orders within the European Union are shipped duties-paid. For orders to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate.

Lost or damaged parcels

All shipments are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@codedavintage.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
